Please follow up these steps:

1. Enter the Sertag electronic shelf label system, select ESL font management tool in the system management module. Select a language font that supports compatibility, such as Arial and Calibri.

You can also download fonts that are compatible with your desired language and import them into your system.

2. In the template design software, design a template and select a font for compatibility.

You can complete the required language display and convert the designed electronic shelf labels template into a digital price tag.
